Volunteer for us
We welcome individuals with a variety of skills, backgrounds, and availability. Some ways you can volunteer include:
Logistics & Move-in Help
Assist survivors in transitioning into safe apartments.
Support Outreach
Help coordinate resources, follow up with clients, or manage scheduling.
Creative Support
Offer web, design, social media, or storytelling help to amplify our mission.
Fundraiser & Event Volunteers
Support our team during special events, donation drives, or awareness campaigns.
Professional Services
Legal, mental health, financial literacy, or employment support are always appreciated.
Volunteer Requirements
– Must be at least 18 years old (some positions available for teens with guardian consent)
– Willing to attend a short orientation and, in some cases, training
– Sensitive to the needs and confidentiality of survivors

Volunteer at the Run/Walk/Ride for Liv
For Liv, For Survivors, For the Community
The Run/Walk/Ride for Liv relies on volunteers to make it happen. From event set-up and registration, to guiding participants, managing water stations, and cheering on runners and riders, every role helps the day run smoothly while raising awareness and funds for survivors of domestic violence.
Parking & Traffic – Direct vehicles and keep traffic flowing smoothly.
Fundraising Support – Help with donations, merchandise, and pledges to support survivors.
Event Set-Up & Tear-Down – Prepare and clean up the course, tables, and signage.
Route Guides & Safety – Keep participants on track and ensure a safe course.
Photography & Media – Capture photos and videos, and share updates on social media.
Kids’ Activities – Assist with games and crafts to keep children engaged.
Registration & Check-In – Welcome participants and distribute race materials.
Water & Aid Stations – Hand out water, snacks, and encouragement along the route.
